hmmm. this years lineup was better for incubus, alexisonfire, saosin, jim ward and city and colour (althouh i ended up seeing jim ward and incubus anyway)

for the 2009 lineup all i'd really be interested in seeing would be nine inch nails, otherwise there's not much that appeals to me.

i'm waiting on the BDO lineup, hopefully that'll be killer.

If i wasn't going to torquay over new years i'd probable head to the Pyramid Rock festival for 3 days, they're gunna have some killer bands.

The one festival i dead set HATE is the Come Together festival. Last year they had 10 bands I wanted to see, all in the same day and it would have been awesome... the only problem?! IT WAS IN FREAKIN SYDNEY!

Ah well. If they've got a good enough lineup next year i'll head up to Sydney to attend

Wow, i went through a few festivals then, but then again it's almost music festival season

Considering these are the bands I like...

Alkaline trio, billy talent, face to face, andberlin, subways, less than jake, posion the well, madina lake, NFG, hellogoodbye, finch, goldfinger, say anything, silverstein, saves the day, ace enders, bayside, houston calls and horse the band...

I'd say i'm going to have a full on day.

And if that makes me an emo then i guess I'm an emo!!!!!!

Oh and another thing...

If an emo band played big day out (which they have...) then wouldnt that make big day out emo too? Correct me if i'm wrong but there is alot of bands playing sound wave that aren't emo. NIN, less than jake, LAMB OF GOD!!! for example... ?

Soundwave is the australian version of warped tour in some ways... which isn't emo...
