By meh; I meant in comparision to the book really, By itself its pretty good.

yeah, the book was way better...but i guess that is the way with a lot of these book to movies thing-o's

And yeah, that's the same with every book that gets turned into a movie.. I don't think there's one that hasn't been wrecked.

die hard, exorcist , field of dreams, the godfather, psycho to name a few

None of them would compare to their respective books though.

The book shits all over the movie. Despite reading it post movie (it helped as it put a face on characters.....) It even has a (much better) alternative ending

It also jumps around alot, in a way that kept my completely interested.
The movie kinda puts it back together in chronological order lol.

Oh, and by the way, Marla is fucking sick in the book.

yeah chuck palahniuk books are fantastic. i've been meaning to buy fight club, i'll get around to it after i finish the twilight series.
