Wii Fit!!!!

Is totally killer. I highly recommend it if you've got bad posture, it does wonders to make you realise how you should be holding yourself.

plus the games are fun lol

is wii fit that thing with the mat that you stand on and wave your arms all around?

seriously tho, if i wanted to get fit, i'd go to a gym or jog or play sport, not stand in a lounge stuffing around with a wii lol

it's close enough to a game and adam, i know, but this isn't for fitness. it's for posture and balance and all those things, plus it's a fun way to get to know your body and improve upon it.

When I get back from europe I'm going to buy a wii and wii fit. I'm not into games where you have to think... infact spyro the dragon and crash bandicoot is about as complicated as it gets for me. I am more of a interactive singstar/buzz type of person. But playing singstar or buzz by yourself is sad. Wii fit sounds great Plus i just want a wii anyway hoooray for wii

nah i know it won't get me fit lol but it'll help me improve upon other things.

mum was gonna buy one of these... saw it at steves last night.. might get him to show me next time

It may not make you fit and i don't believe it should be the only excersise in anyones daily life but its better for kids to be into playing wii fit instead of games where just just sit there eating chips and coke and pressing buttons all day and night.

It's fun and it keeps track of your progress and your goals.
