yeah ..
plus there is a whole lot more equipment.. and isnt based on stupid ass pulley systems..
plus your less likely to leave after 15 minutes at the gym

well i got a dumbell set. 10k for each one in total. and jason T (for those that remember him) just finished a PT course and he showed me a few exercises you can do with em. he made it pretty clear that you should also watch your posture when using them. which makes sense.

Here's a good tip if you want to drop your fat percentage and increase muscle!

Instead of doing cardio rotate between upper and lower body using weights etc, this keeps the blood pumping (aka cardio) while the weights will increase the muscle%...trust me it works i lost something like 5 kilos (which i put back on in muscle Sad lol ) and dropped my fat % by 10% Very Happy

hmmm i do three sets of 10 repitions .. with a break and a change in between/ interchange with running/ swimming and general dieting (no fast food, limited alcohol) works everytime..

miserably/.. but as long as im doign the cardio work it doesnt even matter atm.. i was doign that to lose body fat.. and i wotn gain muscle without hittign the gym anyway

im bringing this thread back from the dead Cool
now that i really have nothing better to do im going to get in shape. protein shakes, lots of good food, very regular exercise Basketball ill get there!!
